It’s Part 2 of our first ever combined PodCast! To hear part one, you’ll have to go subscribe to “Blasted Bill & Moonbeam’s Pod Of Destiny”! It’s New Year’s Day 2010, the day after Blasted Bill’s big New Year’s Eve bash, and we’re at a Chili’s with many of our friends (Jered, Bahb, Ken, Kiki, Josh, Sara, Kristi, and Alchav ) having lunch before we go see “Avatar”. Calories were consumed and wackiness did ensue. Featured song “Auld Lang Syne” by the Polish Muslims.

Luke, you aren’t crazy, or at least we have experienced the same delusion. You are thinking of “Buy and Buy” produced by “Inside Out” where they were selling “The Iron Whirlygig”. A clockwork toy that did nothing, but came complete with disembodied Ken and Barbie heads spinning on rods (see http://www.rickstv.com/tvo/insideout.html for screenshots).
This format of leaving a question at the end of the episode may have inspired Canadian standard “The Kids of Degrassi Street”, which spun off “Degrassi Junior High”, “Degrassi High”, a TV movie and recently (I kid you not) “Degrassi The Next Generation”. 99.94% of these ended in a “what would you do moment” – most of which weren’t nearly as lame?

I guess I could distinguish myself better if I include my last name, which is “Dyche” (rhymes with “pike”). There probably aren’t very many other people with that name.
I listened to the whole Pod of Destiny archive between the previous Bad Rapport episode and this crossover. I’m not really surprised that I liked it, given the similarities with your show.
